As students become skilled in using the online resource for learning, they will also be part of a feedback system to provide ongoing impact monitoring data back to each expert community that helped them. This data will be captured and used to improve advice to others, provide specific feedback to NGO’s whose solutions are implemented, to innovate and share this knowledge with other villages around the world. In so doing, a community of irrigations specialists can have a major impact on villages around the world from one central communication point that is inherently scalable and repeatable.
